balaOS

One multi-tenant operating system for running a business with an AI team. You give Vyra a goal. It researches, plans, asks for approval, acts through real integrations or its own computer, then measures and reports. Every number is real or marked Unreported.

Core modules

Display names are config strings, so either naming set is a settings change. Working names are pending a trademark check.

02

The brain

A goal becomes a plan, tasks, approvals, actions and measured results. Every step is saved and versioned.

Goal Engine · lifecycle

  • Patients per day: 12-17 → 20-27 per location (baseline from EHR reports)
  • Source acquisitions: single-location, owner-operated practices, close-in Georgia first
  • Reach families legally: demographics, new-mover and new-parent programs, no health-condition targeting
  • Self-learning: Vyra proposes playbook, workflow and code updates; each one is approved, versioned and reversible

Vyra Agents · the team

  • COS: chief of staff. Orchestrates, briefs and routes approvals
  • Operations: Ops · Schedule · Vaccine · Supply · Comms
  • Growth: Marketing · Patient Growth · Lead
  • Business: Finance · Deals · Ideas
  • People: HR · Recruiting
  • Control: Compliance · Docs · Audit
  • Computer-use operator: works sites with no API, inside VyraComputer
03

Industry Packs

Versioned bundles of settings, workflows, playbooks, agents and templates. The core never contains tenant-specific code.

Opt-in upgrades with a diff. Tenant customizations are never overwritten, and each tenant can roll back.
04

Portals and release rings

Features prove themselves in ring 0 before reaching anyone else.

RING 0 · TENANT #1

VyraHoldings

Balaji's flagship CEO and life system. Cinematic HUD. Dogfood and canary.

RING 1 · AFTER 1-2 WEEKS

sunpeds.ai

The Sun Pediatrics portal, running the Pediatrics Pack. Warm Sun Peds themes.

RING 2 · IN BATCHES

vyraMAX clients

One tenant per client practice, with its pack. Clean, white-label-ready UI.

→ Security and bug fixes ship to every tenant immediately · features are opt-in behind per-tenant flags · per-tenant rollback · updates never touch client data, settings or custom workflows
→ Vyra Health Partners (MSO): acquired practices run as tenants · client-to-acquisition pipeline only with explicit consent
05

Integrations

API first. VyraComputer handles sites with no API. Status reflects what Balaji has confirmed, not live connections.

06

Security and hard rules

Enforced on the server and in the tool layer, not just hidden in the UI.

07

Build roadmap

Each phase exits only when its acceptance tests pass.

PHASE 0

Core and safety

Tenancy, RBAC, documents, exactly-once approvals, audit log, scheduler, flags and rings, Goal Engine, real search.

PHASE 1

First real value

Vaccine order flow, lead queue, call scan, patients/day scoreboard, marketing audit, Google Ads plan, read-only computer jobs.

PHASE 2

Finance and deals

Owner finance above QuickBooks, acquisitions, approved submits (orders, new hires, review replies), Pediatrics Pack v1.

PHASE 3

Everything else

HR, recruiting, compliance, docs lifecycle, calendar and personal module, self-repairing playbooks, learning v1/v2.

PHASE 4

vyraMAX at scale

Client provisioning, per-tenant computers, billing, batched rollout, Construction Pack, gated self-coded updates.

Name status: the platform name is under review. Trademark checks: BALAOS had no identical marks (low to medium risk). VYRA is registered and pending for software by another company (high risk for VYRAOS). The toggle above previews both naming sets; nothing is final until Balaji decides and counsel clears it.
